Listing is for one Strawberry Latte Cuprea CORM WITH VARIEGATION GUARANTEE (see terms below) from the mom plant in the video. You will receive the corm in the picture, the mom plant in the video is not for sale. 

Once corm leaves my possession you are responsible for its growth; by purchasing you agree that you are knowledgeable on growing corms. 

Corm will be shipped in moss. Self watering cups and growing medium available for purchase.

VARIEGATION GUARANTEE - If there is no variegation within the first three leaves, a replacement corm will be sent free of charge (shipping and variegation guarantee not included). Buyer is to keep Pink Phoenix Plants updated with each leaf or the variegation guarantee is null and void. Please note this corm/mother plant have aurea variegation which takes time to “burn in” to the leaf. A leaf will not be considered to have no variegation until it has been fully unfurled for two weeks.
